The TurboFire Workout is the Best Turbo Yet
The Turbofire Workout is the latest from Chalene Johnson, picking up where Turbo Jam left off. Chalene promises an intense cardio workout that burns far more calories than your average cardio workout, but does she deliver on her promise?
The turbofire reviews are mixed. Several people seemed disappointed that the high energy cardiovascular workout involved a lot of jumping and other moves that put stress on their joints, specifically their knees. If you are prone to knee problems, don’t gt the TurboFire Workout. In fact, don’t get any intense cardio workout program because almost all incorporate some form of jumping or running. That’s why you burn more calories than say yoga.
You have to admit that 11 DVDs and all the extras you get for under $120 is a great deal. Chalene Johnson is a real fitness pro, these aren’t just anyone’s DVD’s. The TurboFire Workout may not be for everyone but if you feel capable of doing the High Intensity Interval Training, which is basically just high intensity exercise for 35 seconds, and thena 40 second break, you will like this program. Who wouldn’t like a fitness program where you only have to make it through 35 second intervals. It sounds so much better than a 35 minute workout, even if you really are working out for that long.
