Techniques to Prevent Acne

Acne is a skin condition caused by a combination of factors. A simple way to prevent pimples is take care of their skin regularly. This statement demonstrates perfectly the old adage that prevention is better than cure. Acne treatments is perhaps one of the most difficult of medical research.

Recognizing this fact is somehow necessary to understand some of the guidelines for the prevention acne that can help prevent an attack of this disease. Among the rules to prevent acne there are those not pinch or squeeze the acne lesion. This could lead to irritation and increase the infiammazione and could worsen the situation further.

A common form of preventive care is to wash your face gently with soap with sulfur at least twice daily, preferably with warm water. This action helps prevent the formation and spread acne. Once the face has been washed should be wiped gently with a towel, avoid rubbing too much. Should be avoided all the bath products that contain some irritant oily. Should instead be used only skin care products “non comedogenic” which have as a feature to not occlude the pores and not irritate the skin in any way.
