Natural recipes against bad breath

Bad BreathBad breath is a common problem and we all suffer at some time. Doctors call halitosis and can have many causes.

Peppermint tea
The mint tea or mint tends to freshen breath. You can take it after meals or between meals.

Eat parsley
Parsley in high amounts helps control the level of bacteria in the mouth and reduce odors. You can make a parsley salad with lemon, salt and pepper and add other vegetables if you like but avoid garlic and onion.

Keep your mouth clean, brushing your teeth effectively at least twice daily, flossing properly once a day and taking professional cleaning teeth at least once every 6 months.
