Pantothenic Acid & Acne Treatment

In the study carried out in Singapore, said 10 grams of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) divided into four equal doses to the participants (of course, everyone with acne). At the same time, patients were asked to apply a cream containing pantothenic about acne.
In a few days there was a marked reduction in the amount of oil or sebum secreted and, after two weeks the acne started to heal visibly, and produced a reduction in the appearance of new pimples. In most cases, acne was completely healed after two months, and the sprouts were greatly reduced. An unexpected result was that the enlarged pores of the face began to close and the skin became much finer. It was found that if the patient was a teenager, she needed a dose held until sexual characteristics had been fully developed. Pantothenic acid, as an indication of its importance, is present in all body tissues.
The liver, yeast, and salmon have high concentrations of pantothenic acid. In any case, most foods, like vegetables, dairy, eggs, cereals and meat also contain some pantothenic acid.
