The immune system protects us from getting serious diseases. Look at the list of possible situations that could be causing a drop in the body’s natural defenses.
- Eat at least three or more than five times per day.
- Not enough protein each day (about 150 grams of meat, fish, dairy products, pasta, rice or beans).
- Being too fat or too thin.
