One of the things that we suffer not only women but also men, is that back pain can be caused by poor posture we acquire to spend hours sitting at a desk or in front of a monitor, or perhaps because of the we buy bad sleeping position.

The Treatment of Articular Cartilage
How is it treated?
If suspected loose bodies must be removed arthroscopically. The remaining cartilage injuries should be treated initially with a specific physical therapy program. In some cases the doctor will prescribe insoles to correct the support of the affected extremity, knee downloading efforts.

What tests are often ordered?
X-rays do not show the cartilage but the state of the bone that is underneath. An injury that is seen in X-rays is therefore serious, to be profound.

The Symptoms of Articular Cartilage
What symptoms appear in a traumatic cartilage injury?
- Usually causes pain in the damaged area by moving the knee.

Chi Kung (or Qi-cong): history, description and benefits
Chi Kung or Qi Gong, words of Chinese origin, meaning “energy work” in reference to the vital energy that keeps the human being, alive and healthy. Chi Kung is an exercise method based on a set of body movements, aided by breathing, which greatly resemble an exercise in meditation, which is supposed to be an increase of vital energy that leads us to find happier and more vital.
In China it is used for many centuries as a preventive practice for people of all ages, and even applies to hospitals as a form of adjuvant therapy in the traditional medical treatments.
The exercises are of various types (Shi ba shi, or chi kun Dayan, are an example of denomination), mimicking for example, situations in nature aimed at the joints to download the negative emotions and enhance the energy flow of each organ restoring and the balance or, in imitation of the swans, which alternate motion and stillness, being especially useful in older people. Reiki history. What is it?
The practice of Reiki dates back centuries, but in the late nineteenth century, the Christian monk Mikao Usui, when he begins his story. This monk rediscovered Reiki after a long investigation, and has been passed today.
Reiki is the ability of each person to turn your body into a channel of universal energy healing. Reiki is a Japanese word consisting of two words, Rei or “universal energy side” and ki, or “biomagnetic energy of the human aura.”
This is based on the idea that living things radiate heat and power and, through Reiki, the universal energy reunite and each person’s own energy, restoring the body’s energy balance.
