Make-up – Once again, makeup can make acne worse by irritating or clogging pores. There are some antibacterial makeup on the market, and oil-based makeup should certainly be avoided. Those who wear makeup despite acne or spots should seek advice from a professional who can help you choose a product that can irritate / clog the skin as possible. However, the best advice is to use sparingly, infrequently, and wash thoroughly after use.

  • Hi. I’m not into antibiotics in order to prevent zits and the dreaded scars. Personally, prevention is about persistant diet and hygiene plan. At least, that’s what worked for me so far. Regards.
